1) Debris and Tree Removal and Disposal
Approx. 40 creek locations @ $25,000 per = $1,000,000 including a maintenance travelway along one side of the creek (also land rights costs)
2) Hazard Mitigation
a) Remove and replace the railroad bridge = $500,000
b) Enlarge 18th Street (CRH) bridge = $500,000
c) Remove and haul sediments from the creek from the railroad bridge to 25th Street = $500,000
d) Remove berm from the west side of the creek from the railroad southerly to the East Fork of White Creek = $500,000
e) Misc. improvements and side slope armoring/stabilization = $500,000
f) Removal of 2 concrete dams from the creek including construction of one inverted siphon = $500,000
g) Engineering and environmental studies for all of above = $500,000
TOTAL + $4,500,000
